Bream Bay Charters offer many great options for different fishing trips. Our trips range from short 4 hour trips to full day trips right up to multi day overnight fishing adventures.

We target many species of fish from Snapper to the mighty Marlin and Sharks. We catch numerous other species from the humble Mau Mau to Snapper, Trevally, Kingfish, Kahawai, Tuna, Harpuka, Terakihi and John Dori too. We can and will tailor a fishing charter to suit you, your group and your individual needs and requirements.

We cater to you abilities from the most inexperienced groups with children, to regular groups of experienced fishers. From work groups, families, birthday and stag parties also social and fishing clubs. We also regularly take out overnight / stay away "hard core" fishing teams with specialist fishers aboard, many being expert anglers.

We encourage conservation of the fish, with tag and release after a quick measure and photo, but this decision to keep the fish or release them is entirely yours. Maybe you are a single / casual angler and wants to join a party of individual fishers. We can cater for your fishing requirements too.

Our fabulous as New 14 meter local Charter Boat SUMO replaced Cara J in 2017. Sumo is spotlessley clean, safe and steadily reliable. She travels at a quick 13-18 knots to maximise your fishing time and with room for up to 16 fishing in comfort, she isa purpose built charter boat and the ideal fishing platform.
